Charles Sumpter

Charles is a native of the Bronx, New York. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Chinese (Mandarin) from Union College and a Masters in Management from the Catholic University of America. He is a community political activist and has served as on various board and commissions in Northern Virginia. He is currently a consultant in the Human Capital Practice at Booz Allen Hamilton.
