
Daylan Stubblefield
Treasurer
Daylan Stubblefield serves as Treasurer of GPMC, where he oversees financial strategy, budgeting, and fiscal accountability to ensure long-term organizational sustainability. A member of GPMC since 2018, he previously served as At-Large Director, contributing to strategic planning, program development, and stakeholder engagement across the organization.
He is a commissioned Second Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve, serving as a Quartermaster Officer. Daylan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a concentration in International Relations and Foreign Policy, from Morgan State University, and is pursuing graduate studies at the George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs in Security Policy Studies.
His experience spans security operations, investigations, and process optimization, with a focus on strengthening organizational efficiency and accountability. He holds certifications in data analytics and data visualization, including Tableau, and leverages these skills to support data-informed decision-making and strategic analysis.
Daylan’s interests include international security, defense policy, and global strategy, with an emphasis on great power competition. He is also an avid photographer and dedicated to continuous learning in foreign languages and global affairs.
