Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Daylan Stubblefield has over a decade of leadership and volunteer experience, contributing to various initiatives and organizations in the national capital region. Since 2018, Daylan has been an integral part of GPMC, demonstrating a commitment to impactful service and professional growth.
In 2025, Daylan will earn a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Morgan State University, where he is also an active member of the Morgan State-Coppin State Army SROTC program known as the Black West Point, a program that has produced the most black Army General Officers of any historically black college or university in the United States, Serving as the Battalion S5 Public Affairs Officer. Daylan excels in communication and community engagement, fostering connections within and beyond the program contributing to its overall mission of producing high quality Army Officers.
Additionally, with certifications in data analytics, visualization, and Tableau, Daylan combines technical expertise with a passion for research and intelligence. His academic and professional interests span international relations, defense policy, and global strategy, aligning with his dedication to understanding and shaping global security dynamics.
Outside of academics and professional pursuits, Daylan is an avid photographer, capturing the world through a creative lens. His diverse skills and experiences reflect a dynamic and driven individual committed to excellence in every endeavor.
